School Leadership Team

Mission:
As advocates of all children, the SLT will strive to enhance the academic environment and building climate of Nerge Elementary School by focusing on school improvement.

Vacancies:  
As vacancies occur, interested staff members and parents will fill spaces. An attempt will be made to assure representation from all special areas.

Length of Service:
Length of service is expected to be limited to three years. Staff may reapply for service after a two-year hiatus. Adjustments to the time frame will be made as needed, depending on individual situations.  Building Resource Team and Staff Development Leadership Academy members are invited to contribute as needed.

Meeting Time/Place:       
Three scheduled half-day meetings will be held in addition to bi-monthly meetings either before or after school.
