Nerge Elementary School

Nerge School will host its annual Veterans Day Assembly on Wednesday, November 11th. The purpose of this assembly is to teach our students the significance of Veterans Day, and to honor members in our community who have served or are currently serving in any of the U.S. military branches. Nerge family veterans are welcome to attend the assembly as well as a special breakfast to express our appreciation for their service. Nerge will be collecting items to donate to Hines Veterans Hospital as well as selling items to collect money for the Wounded Warrior Project. Please reach out to your student’s teacher if you have questions on how to get involved in our Veterans Day activities.
