At Nerge, we believe and value strong home-school connections to support all students’ academic and social-emotional well-being. Back to School Night, held on Tuesday, August 12 at 5:30-7:00pm, provides an opportunity for families to learn more about the learning experiences, expectations, and routines that will shape your child’s school year. You’ll hear from your child’s teacher, explore how we support growth across all areas, and see how we can work together to ensure a successful year ahead.

Classroom presentations will take place at 5:45 and 6:15. The content of each presentation is the same, so you can attend the time slot that works best for you. During the presentation, you will have an opportunity to meet your child’s teacher and familiarize yourself with classroom-specific routines. You may also tour the front hallway to connect with our PTA, guidance staff, or school administration when not attending your classroom-specific presentation. Be on the lookout for a Kona Ice treat from the Nerge PTA!

• Grades 1-6: Please bring your school supplies with you to deliver to your classroom during classroom-specific presentations.
• Kindergarten: Please refrain from bringing your school supplies to this event. You will have an additional opportunity to do so during Kindergarten Meet the Teacher/Supply Drop Off on Tuesday, August 19 at 5:00pm. Please see further information below.
